In South Korea, Jung Da Yeon is known as momjjang ajumma, or a mom with a striking figure. This body-slimming titan is so popular that she made a name for herself not only in South Korea, but all of Asia. She shot to stardom in late 2003 when she published her diet know-how, workout videos and photos on online newspaper. It caused a nationwide sensation and motivated Korean housewives to go to fitness centers.
In 2004, the fitness guru was invited to Japan's NHK-TV after she created the "momjjang syndrome" in South Korea. Jung Da Yeon then expanded her fitness empire to Japan with DVDs and books. She's an inspiration to many women out there looking to transform themselves and at the same time, she made millions from the sales of her popular fitness books, DVD exercise videos (FIGUREROBICS) and even her own Nintendo Wii game!
Back in Korea, this hot mother-of-two had a short stint as a TV actress in 2008, appears on local TV from time to time and runs a fitness center in Ilsan - suburb northwest of Seoul.
