25-year-old Colombian soccer fan Felipe Alvarez has been tattooed with a soccer jersey tattoo Atletico Nacional team in honor Andres Escobar, a Columbian soccer player who was killed in 1994. It is widely believed that he was murdered due to his own goal in the 1994 FIFA World Cup, which supposedly would have caused gambling losses to several powerful drug lords. In that game Columbia has lost 1:2 to the USA and was eliminated from the tournament in the first round.
