World Doll Fair 2010, Moscow, Russia

1. International exhibition-fair “world dolls”, in frames of which you’ll find works by the leading world artists,from the biggest galleries, dolls collectors and art unions.
2. Project “doll in the context of history”. Series of expositions, installations and exhibition projects will have one common aim – to release the diversity of doll faces in our changing world. The brightest projects are: “Gofmaniade” – animated dolls by Mihail Shemiakin’s scetches; photo project “Doll as argument”; St Petersburg artists’ project “The world between black and white”; International Art Textile Doll Festival “Eva’s rib”; project “Roaming worlds’ music” (artist Olga Roehl); project “A Fairy Lady for ever after” (artist Alexandra Kukinova); paintings by Irina; mechanical dolls by Victor Grigorjev , etc..
3. Nomination for “pandora” award (“Pandora” (Greek) – gifted with everything). The award will be given to artists, art historians, collectors, gallery holders, editors in doll art sphere, who proved to be bright and talented in different aspects of their work.
