Watercolour Landscape Painting By Joe Francis Dowden

Joe stages one man shows at Albury and in southern UK and is the author of several successful watercolour books published by David & Charles, Sterling Publishing, Search Press, and also several watercolour DVD’s published by Teaching Arts and Pulsar Productions. Joe has written numerous magazine articles, and many of his publications are distributed worldwide.
As well as being a Panel Member of the SAA, Joe is also a highly regarded TV presenter, and is also featured on the Artists Network TV channel, where he gives watercolour painting demonstrations and presentations at many art seminars throughout the year.
