"The portraits were taken at Homeboy Industries. A non-profit based in Los Angeles, California, USA. Everyone in the following photographs were at one time involved in a gang or incarcerated. Though a variety of services, Homeboy Industries helps these "men and women to redirect their lives and provide them with hope for their futures."
