3D Street Art By François Abélanet, Lyon, France
|
The artist François Abélanet work has revealed the largest 3D street art in the world in Place Bellecour in Lyon, France. The work, which will enter the Guinness Book of Records, covers a total of 6.000m2.
With an extreme attention to detail characteristic of the impressive optical illusions created by the artist, the work represents four different surreal universes. Each piece in the work is a giant anamorphic, ie a reversible deformation of an image produced by an optical illusion. From the point of view established by Abélanet, the form of the work is proportionate and clearly revealed, showing the 3D perspective effect created by the elements of the scene.
