Celebrities And Their Painting Art
|
Successful comedians, best-selling authors, internationally recognized models, successful pro-athletes, as well as chart-topping musicians have a strong likelihood to become celebrities. Chefs such as Gordon Ramsay that host their own syndicated cooking shows are famed for their culinary aptitude are thus called celebrity chefs.
A few humanitarian and religious leaders such as Mother Teresa have achieved fame because of their charitable work. Some people have achieved fame online and therefore called Internet celebrities and bloggers through outlets such as Youtube and Myspace.
While it’s true that the top actors often become celebrities, the other professionals that play a more peripheral role in the film world, such as screenwriters, animators, and film directors are less likely to attain celebrity status (albeit there are some exceptions, such as director Quentin Tarantino and animator Seth MacFarlane). In other fields within the entertainment sphere, there is a similar situation. For instance, in the world of pop music, the top-selling pop singers are likely to become celebrities, but the behind-the-scenes professionals tend to remain little known to the general public (e.g., record producers, and composers). Outside of the arts and entertainment sphere, the top inventors and scientists are similarly unlikely to become celebrities even if they are enormously successful in their field.
