Tati Neves (born in 1987 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is an aspiring model from Rio de Janerio, Brazil. Tati Neves is the winner of the 2012 Miss Bikini Wellness Pageant.
Tati Neves is best known for uploading a video of Justin Bieber sleeping. Tati gained massive attention on Nov. 7, 2013 when she uploaded a video of Justin Bieber sleeping. In the video she blows him a kiss, insinuating that the two hooked up. Tati is an aspiring bikini and pinup model, citing iconic model Bettie Page as her inspiration.
