Her workouts include gymnastics, weightlifting , powerlifting , kettlebells, rowing, running, climbing and swimming. Suzanne said: “There are so many cool things you can do with your bodies if you just explore and experiment, I want to learn it all. It’s inspiring to see people who are strong, flexible and acrobatic all at once. In crossfit we use the body for what it is worth, the sessions are often short, and the shorter the workouts the more intense it is. Keeping motivated at this level is hard and the best I can do is stay focused and appreciate what I have achieved along the way.”
