Zhang Ting Xuan

Zhang Ting Xuan, Taiwan 43 year-old mother of two children has been called gym queen by many looks like she could be in her 20s credits her beauty and figure to daily exercise and a healthy fruit laden diet. Zhang goes to fitness centre regularly she is very careful towards her daily diet. She drinks a lemonade every morning and claims that she will take apples everywhere she goes. Once feeling hungry she will takes out an apple and eat.
Zhang is a skilful cook and pays lots of attention to the healthy diet of her two kids a 11 year old boy and a 14 year old boy separately. She often shares dishes she prepares for her sons and recipes on Facebook. Many admires her two sons and have shown appreciations for her ability of house keeping. Apart from that she takes six to eight meals per day and never attempts to starve herself. In addition to taking her regular meals on time she consumes healthy snacks such as apples whenever she feels hungry. My main focus is doing regular exercises as well as avoiding taking too much food stuffs laden with sugar.
