Dead Drops Project

The Dead Drops project is an anonymous, offline, peer to peer file-sharing network. Any one can plug a laptop to a wall, house or pole to share their favorite files and data. Each dead drop contains a readme.txt file explaining the project. Originally a dead drop or dead letter box, is a location used to secretly pass items between two people, without requiring them to meet. This stands in contrast to the live drop, so called because two live persons meet to exchange items or information.
